December Wyndham Carols by Candlelight, Werribee
Mansion
My wife, Penelope and I have just returned home
from a truly special event, the Wyndham Carols
by Candlelight. I would like to congratulate the
organisers and participants in staging such a wonderful
evening that captivated the imagination, interest
and emotions of all who attended, no matter whether
their age was 2 years or 92 years.
The thought,
planning and obvious rehearsal that had gone
into making the evening that, I believe,
is as good as, if not better than the Melbourne
or Sydney Carols, resulted in our community celebrating
together in a way that only Wyndham can do!
Congratulations
to ALL involved, from the planning committee,
to performers, to the wonderful "helpers
in the red tee shirts".
With kind regards

Entertaining
Stories, Lots of Laughs & Prizes
Greg Evans of 3MP and Premier Villages’ John
Begg presented prizes to our four lucky winners
who all just happened to be sitting on the same
couches. Greg’s entertaining stories about
music greats and his show Perfect Match were met
with humour,
especially since two of his early contestants were
coincidentally in the audience. Greg also brought
his Mum Thelma and her dog Trevor to meet some
of our Tarneit Skies residents. |
